PLAYWRA.COM

The Whitpain Recreation Association (WRA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to youth sports in Montgomery County, serving over 3,000 athletes and their families across Pennsylvania. In 2022, WRA recognized the limitations of its outdated website and saw the need for a modern, mobile-responsive platform to better serve its community.

As the UI/UX designer for playwra.com, I led the entire redesign initiative, managing every aspect from research and design to content development. Since its launch, playwra.com has averaged 1.5K monthly click-throughs and has successfully processed nearly one million dollars in registration fees, greatly improving the user experience for athletes and their families.

BLACKCATFASTPITCH.COM

Black Cat Fastpitch (BCF) is Philadelphia’s premier softball training facility, renowned for its strong customer base, active social media presence, and proven results in developing young athletes. However, the facility's website, faced significant challenges after being compromised by a hack. After a consultation with co-owner Leigh Elko, we determined that the best course of action was to start fresh to ensure better security and performance.

 

Focused on delivering a functional, text-driven site with clean aesthetics, I designed an interface that prioritized ease of navigation. The project was completed in just four weeks, providing Black Cat Fastpitch with a reliable online platform that effectively showcases its training programs.

AMIENTERTAINMENT.COM

Founded in 1909 as an automated musical instrument company, AMI has dedicated over a century to developing cutting-edge musical entertainment solutions tailored for the bar, restaurant, and hospitality industries. To better highlight its extensive suite of products and enhance user engagement, AMI recognized the need for a website that accurately reflected its brand identity.

In response, the company partnered with The 215 Guys to undertake a complete overhaul of its online presence. As part of this collaborative effort, I defined the user experience, ensuring that users could easily access information about AMI’s diverse offerings, and guided the creation of all imagery, page copy, and video content, focusing on crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of AMI’s products.

Apple Industries is known for its innovative products in the experiential marketing space, but its current website falls short in effectively presenting a compelling brand narrative. Recognizing the need for a more engaging online presence, I initiated a redesign project focused on the homepage to better convey the value and impact of Apple Industries’ offerings.

This redesign aims to highlight the unique benefits of their products and the experiences they create, providing potential customers with a clearer understanding of why they should choose Apple Industries. Accessible from the button below, I am excited to share an early preview of the new homepage, showcasing the strategic changes made to enhance storytelling and improve user engagement.
